Tips for playing the E Major Scale [LH Fingering 5-4-3-2-1-3-2-1]


  1. For the left hand, use the same fingering you used to play the C Major Scale.   Review Lesson 1 to see how its done.  You will use the same fingering for the C, D, F, G, and A Major Scales.  
  2. Make sure you get the pinky finger under control.  
  3. REMEMBER the crossover rule.
  4. Practice each hand separately and slowly.  
  5. Then, practice both hands together.
